Advance Notice

Orders should be placed at least one week in advance. We only take on a certain number of orders each week so we recommend contacting us as soon as you set a date for your event.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% should be made one week prior to your pick-up date. Your date is only secured once the deposit has been made. The balance should be paid in cash on collection or M-Pesa before collection or delivery. If an order is cancelled, any payment made prior is transferable to another order made within two months of the date of cancellation.

Collection

Collection and delivery time should be agreed upon a day before pick-up. Please communicate in case of any changes or delays to avoid inconveniences. Cakes must be picked on the agreed date. A daily surcharge will apply on any cake not picked.

Liabilities

If you choose to pick your cake or have it delivered, the company is not liable or responsible for the cake after it has left the cakery. If you choose to have your cake delivered, you will be required to request an Uber Chapchap or Bolt Lite and have it pick the cake from the cakery.

Allergens

We do not take responsibility for any allergies. All the products may contain allergens found in the cakery.
