Your Wedding Cake Journey
Step 1: Your First Consultation
Once you have your wedding date and venue, reach out to us on WhatsApp to get started. We’ll ask for the details that help us bring your vision to life:

Moodboard or theme
Number of side cakes (if any)
A moodboard really helps us see your dream — it could be a Pinterest board, colour swatches, or even a photo that makes you smile. We’ll use this to craft ideas that feel personal to you.
Step 2: Secure Your Date
After we have your details, we’ll create a custom quotation that reflects your needs. You’re welcome to tell us what’s most important to you — flavours, flowers, fresh florals, extra tiers — so we get it just right.
When you’re happy with the quote, we’ll reserve your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit. This ensures your spot in our calendar. We only take a limited number of weddings so each couple gets our full attention.
Step 3: Cake Tasting & Design Consultation
This is where the magic happens! We’ll invite you (and up to 3 guests) to our cake studio for an in-person tasting and design session. Bring along anything that inspires you — invites, fabric swatches, or your bouquet colours.
You’ll sample six of our signature flavours and we’ll sketch ideas together to create a cake that truly feels like you. By the end, you’ll have a clear vision, confident that your cake will be the talk of your day.
Step 4: Delivery & setup
When your day arrives, we coordinate directly with your planner, venue, and suppliers so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We deliver and set up your cake with care, assist during the cake cutting, portion beautiful slices, and ensure every guest gets to enjoy it before we step away.
